Melanie Dawson (GAICD) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people management, safety policy, and industry standards. Currently serving as the People, Talent and Capability Manager at Alpha HPA since April 2023, Melanie's previous roles include Manager of Social, Indigenous, and Safety Policy at the Queensland Resources Council and Citizens Advocate at Safety Governance Foundation. With significant contributions to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland from 2016 to 2022, Melanie held multiple steering committee positions and chaired the Safety Leadership at Work Expert Reference Panel.
