Josefa Howard is an experienced accounting and operations professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing since August 2017, Josefa oversees accounts payable, procure-to-pay processes, and special projects. Previously held roles include Central Operations Manager, where oversight was provided for payroll processing and procurement for over 900 employees across the U.S., and Payroll Administrator, managing payroll for more than 600 employees. Prior experience includes HR & Accounting Supervisor at Grace Ministries International, Business Development Associate at FSC Securities, and Investment Sales Associate at SunTrust Investment Services. Josefa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Columbus State University.
