Austin Lin

Austin Lin has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an Event Coordinator at the Mandarin Language and Cultural Center, where they led a team, coordinated events, and promoted Chinese culture. Austin then worked as a Leadership Development Intern at RippleMatch, where they collaborated with the Leadership Team to expand the user base and analyzed growth metrics. Austin also worked as an Educator at Alpha Kappa Psi, where they conducted mental health workshops, managed COVID-19-related circumstances, and optimized attendance logistics. Austin took on increasing responsibilities within Alpha Kappa Psi, serving as Vice Chief Justice and Chief Justice, where they implemented disciplinary measures, enforced legal standards, and presented complex situations. Currently, they are a Business Operations Assistant at the UCR School of Public Policy, overseeing travel expenses, reimbursements, and procurement processes. Throughout their various roles, Austin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence.

Austin Lin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of California, Riverside from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma from Westmont High School from 2017 to 2021.
