Nelson McEwen

Nelson McEwen is currently serving as a Peer Teaching Assistant at Sooner Jump Start: International Pathway Program at the University of Oklahoma. They are also a Research Assistant at Stephenson Life Sciences Research Center, working with Professor Donna Nelson. In addition, Nelson holds the role of President of The United World, a multicultural-multinational student organization on campus. They also serve as Treasurer for the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society. Additionally, Nelson is the Project Outreach Executive Director for Inspiration 4 Nelson's - Sierra Leone, aiming to prevent teenage pregnancies and early marriages. They have a diverse educational background, including completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at UWC MAASTRICHT NETHERLANDS.
