Alberto Ferro has extensive experience in international sales and raw materials purchasing in the metallurgical industry. Alberto started their career at RivaGroup - ILVA SpA as a Raw Material Purchasing Manager from August 2010 to September 2015. Alberto then joined Trasteel International SA as a Raw Material and Solid Fuels Trader from September 2015 to June 2017. Alberto then worked at Acciaieria Arvedi as the Raw Materials Purchasing Manager and later became the Head of Raw Materials Purchasing Department from June to November 2017. From November 2017 to October 2022, they served as the Director of International Sales at Contura Energy. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of International Sales at Alpha Metallurgical Resources starting in October 2022.
