The Corporate Governance team at Alpha Natural Resources is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to high standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance. This team, led by the Lead Independent Director and supported by the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary, along with the Chair & CEO, oversees the development and implementation of governance policies, facilitates board meetings, and fosters transparent communication with shareholders and stakeholders.
