Mehdi Bella

Mehdi BELLA is an experienced IT Support professional currently working at Alpha Networks in the Network Operations Center since March 2021. Responsibilities include managing technical incidents in both English and French, overseeing the IT infrastructure across various company subsidiaries, and providing advanced solutions for clients. Previously, Mehdi BELLA served as a back office agent where duties included ticket management, customer service, handling client complaints, and processing incoming emails. Mehdi BELLA also gained experience in customer relations at Tele Expert from October 2020 to February 2021.
