Daniel Umek

Daniel Umek serves as the Director of Operations at Alpha & Omega Computer Consultants, Inc, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and growth through process management and critical analysis since December 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as the IT Service Coordinator at GlobalMac IT, where significant contributions were made in driving results through service-level agreements and client feedback. Earlier freelance experience includes serving as a Digital Marketing Manager from September 2010 to February 2021, implementing SaaS tools and managing projects to bolster online sales for various businesses, as well as coordinating high-level commercial video productions as a Video Production Assistant Director. Daniel is currently pursuing a C.E. degree in A+ at CompTIA Tech Career Academy, which began in November 2022.
