Joanne Gladden

Joanne Gladden, PMP, ITILv4, has extensive experience in the field of program management and client services. Joanne is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Program Manager at the same company. Joanne also served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Delivery at Tangible Security. Before that, they worked as a Federal Account Executive at NetCentrics and as the Assistant Vice President for Program Management at SAIC. Joanne has also held various roles including Independent Consultant at Simply Works Solutions and Vice President of Business Development at MetroStar Systems. Additionally, they have worked as a Deputy Division Manager/Program Manager and Program Manager at SAIC. Joanne's career began as a Project Controller at Galaxy Scientific Corporation.

Joanne Gladden, PMP, ITILv4, holds an MBA degree from The George Washington University School of Business, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies in International Business at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, earning a BSBA degree from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, Joanne has acquired certifications including ITIL Foundations v3, ITIL Service Operations, ITIL Service Transition, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
