Michael Hill

Michael Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael has worked in various positions related to cybersecurity and program management. Michael'smost recent role was as a Senior Director, Portfolio Management-Cybersecurity at the USDA, where they expanded the contract and matured the USDA Information Security Center. Michael also served as a Director-Cybersecurity Program Management at CVP, managing contract personnel and overseeing divisions and offices. Prior to that, they worked as a Cybersecurity Program Manager and an Information Security Consultant at different organizations. Additionally, they have held roles in fields such as security, client services coordination, and operations management.

Michael Hill is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management Cybersecurity at Liberty University. Michael has already completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity and a Graduate Certificate in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, both from Liberty University. In 2020, Michael also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from Liberty University.

Prior to their studies at Liberty University, Michael completed a Certificate in FBI Compliance Academy from the Department of Justice (FBI) and HCCA/SCCE in 2018. Michael also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business and Organizational Security from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Michael has a diverse educational background with additional degrees, including a Master's degree in Marketing, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), a Master's degree in Purchasing and Acquisitions, and a Master's degree in Computer Resources and Information Management and Graduate Paralegal Certificate, all from Webster University.

Furthermore, Michael has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Resource Management and Criminal Justice from Park University. Michael also completed an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice-In Service from Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods, an Associate's Degree in Data Processing from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College, and a Certificate in Missouri State Police Academy from the University of Central Missouri. Additionally, Michael holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Security Administration from the Community College of the Air Force and a Certificate in Police and Security Studies from the USAF Security Police/Forces Academy.

In terms of certifications, Michael has obtained several, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, and HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner from (ISC)². Michael is also a Licensed Private Investigator (Armed) certified by the Kansas City Missouri Police Department and a VmWare Technical Sales Professional (VTSP) certified by VMware.
