David Sheridan

VP Wide Bandgap Products at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor

David Sheridan has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. David currently holds the role of VP Wide Bandgap Products at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of SiC and GaN Power Products at the same company from June 2015 to May 2022.

Before joining Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, David worked at RFMD as the Director of Engineering, Power Conversion Products from August 2012 to April 2015.
