Hao Peng

Hao Peng is a seasoned professional in power electronics with extensive experience in application and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Application Engineer at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor since 2022, Hao previously held the position of Principal Systems Engineer at AnDAPT, Inc., where responsibilities included developing a two-phase DrMOS based controller and creating models for power components. At Rohm Powervation Ltd, Hao functioned as a Senior Architect, focusing on multiphase digital power controllers, and utilized Python for FPGA design verification. Prior roles include Senior Staff Application Engineer and Staff Application Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, where contributions involved digital control algorithms for advanced LED drivers, and Senior Application Engineer at Semtech, focusing on digital control and mixed signal circuit design. Hao holds both BS and MS degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in power electronics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
