Alex Kiser

Alex Kiser currently serves as Campus Director and Lead Guide at Alpha, focusing on transformative coaching for Guides and students. As a PhD candidate at Northwestern University School of Communication, Kiser's dissertation examines the role of personality frameworks in identity development among contemporary adults in the United States. Prior experience includes leading projects at the Northwestern University Center for Civic Engagement, facilitating professional development sessions for Carver Peterson Consulting, and coaching MBA students in executive presence at Kellogg School of Management. Kiser has also taught first-year writing at DePaul University and held various roles at Google, including Client Partner Manager and public speaker, where expertise in digital marketing and branding was developed. Education credentials include a PhD in Rhetoric & Public Culture, an MA in Writing, Rhetoric and Discourse, and a BS in Journalism.
