Dr. Stefanie Baduria

Dr. Stefanie Baduria is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in K-8 education and youth development. Currently serving as the Director of K-8 and Campus Director at Alpha since July 2021, Dr. Baduria previously held the position of Director of Education at LA Galaxy from July 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included establishing educational vision, managing budgets, and overseeing educational initiatives for youth. As an Academic Program Manager at LA Galaxy, Dr. Baduria operationalized a progressive learning environment for high school students within the soccer club infrastructure. Early career experience includes teaching 4th grade and coaching girls' soccer programs across various clubs and schools. Dr. Baduria holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, along with multiple degrees from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
