Nicole Allbee

Nicole Allbee, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine and as National Vice President of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority. With over a decade of experience in higher education, Nicole Allbee held various leadership roles at Western Michigan University, including Director of the Office of Student Conduct, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing over 1,300 student cases annually, and developing strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Director of Student Activities and Leadership Programs and as a doctoral intern at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, alongside a graduate assistantship at Kalamazoo College focused on student involvement. Nicole Allbee obtained a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University and Grand Valley State University, respectively.
