Buck Steele serves as President of ANECHOIC, where efforts include establishing a leading firearms silencer company focused on safety and comfort. Previously, Buck held the position of Director of Engineering and Operations, enhancing silencer technologies and developing a line of user-serviceable titanium suppressors. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at Rock Optics, where Buck led initiatives in sound suppression technologies and CNC titanium machining, and as an Aerospace Engineering Consultant at Scope World, providing expertise in advanced air vehicle design and program management. Buck holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Operations Management and Information Technology from the University of Connecticut School of Business and is a valedictorian graduate in Engineering from Cañada College.
