Al Charpentier

Al Charpentier is the Founder & CEO at Picture Mosaics. Al has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has held various positions at companies such as Lattice Semiconductor, Agere Systems, ATI, and Ensoniq.

Al started their career in 1992 as an Engineer Assistant at Ensoniq. Al then moved to Agere Systems in 2001 where they worked as an ASIC design engineer. In 2004, they transitioned to ATI where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer. Al then left ATI in 2007 to start their own company, Picture Mosaics LLC.

In their current role as CEO of Picture Mosaics, Al is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. Al oversees all aspects of the business, from product development and marketing to sales and operations. Under their leadership, Picture Mosaics has become a leading provider of custom photo mosaic products and services.

Al Charpentier obtained an electrical engineering degree with a business minor from Penn State University.
