Alpha Tau Medical
Esti Deutsch began their work experience in 2020 as an Auditor at Hadassah Medical Center. Esti held this position from February 2020 to July 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to the field of clinical research and joined Alpha Tau Medical as a Clinical Research Associate in July. In December 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Clinical Research Associate, which they currently hold.
Esti Deutsch has a diverse education history. From 2001 to 2006, they attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Archaeology. Following that, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued further education at the same university and acquired a degree in Nursing Education, specifically in the field of study of RN (Registered Nurse). Additionally, Esti Deutsch has also completed a program in GCP (Good Clinical Practice) at NIDA GCP, although the specific dates of this education are unknown.

Alpha Tau Medical (https://www.alphatau.com/) focuses on research, development and commercialization of Alpha DaRT (Diffusing Alpha-Emitters Radiation Therapy) for the treatment of solid cancer tumors. Initially developed at Tel Aviv University, Alpha DaRT was shown to be effective and safe for treating different types of cancer in multiple animal studies. The company is running its first clinical trial in several sites in the EU and is currently commencing clinical trials at over 55 leading cancer centers worldwide.
