John Sumagaysay

John Sumagaysay is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Alpha Technologies Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, John was the IT Operations Manager at Castelis, where effective management of help desk activities was key. John's expertise also includes serving as the Service Operations Manager at Novare Technologies, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, and leading the Command Center/Incident Management Head at Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), where critical incident management was a focus. Earlier experience includes managing incidents for Tech Mahindra's support services.
