Jen Alt

Jen Alt serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The SGL Impact Studio, a role they have held since 2025, where they apply nearly twenty years of experience in leadership advisory and organizational transformation. Previously, they were a Special Advisor to the Board of the Eastern Congo Initiative and held various board positions, including with Kindred Image and Desire Street Ministries. Jen co-founded Segel Group Ltd (SGL) in 2005, managing a diverse investment portfolio that focuses on commercial and philanthropic initiatives. With a mission to enhance organizational health and leadership capabilities, Jen's work has significantly impacted countless executives and entrepreneurs.
