Annie Goddard

Annie Goddard currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery at Alpha, beginning in July 2024, with expertise in program and project management, sales, and business development. Prior to this role, Annie worked at Amazon as a Senior Physical Security Program Manager from September 2022 to November 2023, where oversight of a $52M global security portfolio resulted in improved SLA adherence and operational efficiencies. From July 2017 to September 2022, Annie held dual roles at Best Buy, first as Manager of Asset Protection – Systems & Operations, leading a $15M+ security technology strategy, and previously as Sr. Business Analyst – Systems & Operations, focusing on customer engagement and cost control initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Relationship Manager at Pro-Tec Design, driving $15M in sales growth, and as National Accounts Program Manager at Iverify, excelling in security installations and quality control. Annie earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute International MN between January 2006 and January 2010.
