Mitch Mortenson

Service and Support Manager at Alpha Video

Mitch Mortenson has held several positions in the audio and video industries since 1988. Mitch began their career as a Studio Technician at Paisley Park in 1988. In 1994, they became a System Technician for SHOWCO Inc., responsible for setup, maintenance, and repair of large-scale touring sound systems. In 1997, they were promoted to Technical Support Manager at RTI. In 2001, they joined Bosch USA as the Technical Support Lead for Midas-Klark Teknik Digital Products, where they were responsible for pre & post sales technical support on the Midas-Klark Teknik state-of-the-art professional live performance digital audio systems for North America. Mitch was also promoted to Technical Support Lead for Midas at Bosch USA. In 2009, they moved to Audio Logic Systems as an Account Manager, where they developed new accounts, generated growth and profitability in new market segments via networking, social media, marketing and training seminars. In 2012, they joined Parsons Electric LLC as an Account Manager. In 2014, they became Technical Support Manager at Cadac Holding Ltd. In 2016, they moved to NetWork Sales and Marketing, Inc. as an Account Manager. Mitch is currently the Service and Support Manager at Alpha Video since 2019.

Mitch Mortenson obtained an Associate's degree in Electronics from the Brown Institute of Technology between 1987 and 1989. Mitch is currently studying at Watermark, but has not yet received a degree or certification.
