Rod Dombroski has held various roles in the IT industry since 1998. Rod began their career as a Training Suprv at Louth Automation - Harris Corporation in 1998. Rod then moved to Harris Communications as a Training Manager in 1999. In the same year, they were promoted to Mgr of Training at Harris Corporation, where they managed daily operations, including Customer Training and Support. Rod also led the Training and Support team and developed and implemented training materials for e-learning and internal customers. In 2007, they became Mgr of Service at vci, where they managed the Manufacturing, Installation & Training and Customer Support departments. Rod also increased customer satisfaction by 60% and manufacturing efficiency by 50%. In 2008, they joined BeckTV as a Project mgr and Beck Associates as a Contract Administrator and Procurement Specialist. Rod then moved to SecureCare Technologies as Mgr of Training and Support. In 2016, they began working at Alpha Video as a Project Manager.

Rod Dombroski received their Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Yavapai College in 1982. Rod then went on to the University of Arizona, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Radio and Television Production in 1984.
