David Fabregat is an experienced investment professional with a focus on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an Investment Analyst at Alpha Wave Global since 2025, David has previously held positions as an Associate at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. and as a Senior Analyst at Citi, specializing in private equity leveraged buyouts and investment banking, respectively. David began the career as an Analyst at HSBC, concentrating on leveraged and acquisition finance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and further international study at The American Business School of Paris.
