Katya Benard

Katya Benard's work experience begins in 2018 when they worked as a Food Server at Crystal Fish Sushi until July 2021. In 2019, they started as a Student at The University of British Columbia and continued until June 2023. During this time, they also worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at BC Cancer from May 2022 to May 2023. In June 2023, they joined Alpha-9 Theranostics Inc. as an Associate Scientist, and prior to that, they were a Research Associate at the same company from March to June 2023.

Katya Benard began their education at Pacific Grove High School, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology at The University of British Columbia from 2019 to 2023. In 2022, they had a short-term study experience at The University of Edinburgh, specifically in the College of Science and Engineering. Additionally, in March 2022, Katya obtained a certification in Psychological First Aid from the Canadian Red Cross.
