Lance Kallman

Lance Kallman serves as the President of PrimeAI since 2019, where the focus is on automating forecasting and optimization through advanced machine learning technologies. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of AlphaAI, an SDVOSB and HUBZone certified firm, Kallman works to integrate innovative technologies within federal and Department of Defense sectors. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at 3DEO, Inc., where Kallman led sales in the metal 3D printing sector, and Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, overseeing executive search initiatives for key leadership positions. Earlier experience includes recruitment of Air Force officers at Bradley-Morris, Inc., and business development in telecom consulting at Clear Consulting. Kallman began a career as a Communications and Executive Officer with the United States Air Force after earning a B.S. in Core Engineering Curriculum and Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
