Fenil Patel

Fenil Patel serves as the Chief People Officer at AlphaBI since March 2020, specializing in fostering organizational excellence within the IT service industry through an emphasis on innovation, inclusivity, and continuous growth. In addition to this role, Fenil is an active member of BNI Surat and an associate member at TiE Surat, contributing to the professional community. Prior to AlphaBI, Fenil worked as a Research and Development Associate at AbhayChem. Educationally, Fenil holds two master's degrees in Industrial Biotechnology from Sardar Patel University and the Ashok and Rita Patel Institute of Integrated Studies and Research in Biotechnology and Applied Sciences, achieved between 2014 and 2019. Early education includes schooling at Vidiyabharti school umrakh and Atmiya vidiya mandir.
