Alona Grosman

Alona Grosman is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and quality management with extensive experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as RA Manager at Alpha-Bio Tec. Dental Implants since May 2016, Alona oversees the regulatory affairs department and ensures compliance with evolving regulations. In a dual role as VP QA & RA at SharpLight Technologies Ltd. since October 2013, Alona manages the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485:2003 and CFR 820, and leads external audits from various regulatory bodies. Previous positions include QA and RA Manager at Viora and Compliance Coordinator at Optonol, with a foundational career at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, where responsibilities included project coordination and sterile production operations. Alona holds an MBA from Ramat Gan College and a BA in Foreign Languages from Pedagogic University Zhitomir.
