Yana Hizmy-Gorodnitzki

Yana Hizmy-Gorodnitzki has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Yana started their career as a Shift Manager at Bezeq International in 2002. Yana then worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist at MalamTeam, where they were responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process. In 2011, they joined Maya Outsourcing & Consulting LTD as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Yana then moved to IDI Ventures LTD in 2013, where they served as an HRBP, handling all human resources responsibilities for an international software and marketing service provider company. Currently, they are working as the Head of Human Resources at Alpha-Bio Tec. Dental Implants, holding this position since 2020.
