Rilana Dalwigk

Rilana Dalwigk is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at alphacaps GmbH since June 2020. Prior to this role, Rilana held the position of Talent Management Consultant at encoway GmbH, focusing on project and event management for recruiting, from September 2019 to February 2020. Rilana's earlier experience includes serving as a HR Consultant at v. Bodelschwinghsche Stiftungen Bethel, where the emphasis was on personnel marketing and recruitment. Rilana holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft from Fachhochschule Osnabrück, along with relevant dual vocational training in healthcare management and as a trainer from HWK Osnabrück and IHK Osnabrück.
