Mihai Marangoci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and support. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer at Alphacomm since August 2021, Mihai is focused on enhancing the fraud fighting platform. Previously, Mihai held the role of Senior TechOps Engineer at Mi-Pay from September 2011 to August 2021, providing 24/7 Level 2 Operations Support and utilizing tools for debugging and root cause analysis. Earlier career roles included Service Desk Analyst, offering Level 1 Operations Support, and Reconciliation Analyst, responsible for account management and data reporting. Mihai holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
