Johan Schurgers

Johan Schurgers has extensive experience in IT architecture and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Center of Excellence for ADM & Architecture at AlphaCredit since September 2022. Previous roles include Chief Architect for Benelux, IT tribe lead for both Customer aftercare and data tribes, and ICT architect consultant at Santogers Services BV. Johan has held positions as an ICT Architect Expert at Vlaanderen connect and Solution Architect at Digitaal Vlaanderen, focusing on project solutioning and process optimization. Prior experience includes working as a Solution Architect at OneSpan, IT Solutions Architect at Telenet, and various roles at I8C and b-bridge, where responsibilities included middleware development and Oracle consulting. Johan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Sciences from Hogeschool PXL and a high school diploma in Accountancy - ICT from Stedelijke Humaniora Dilsen.
