Yekaterina Pavlenko

Yekaterina Pavlenko is an experienced Scrum Master Chapter Lead currently at AlphaCredit since September 2022, previously holding the same position at Regnology from October 2021 to August 2022, where contributions included career development and community management for Scrum Masters. Prior to this, Yekaterina worked at BearingPoint, from February 2016 to October 2021, in various roles including Senior Scrum Master and Senior Business Consultant, focusing on corporate culture implementation, agile transformation, and software development for regulatory reporting. Yekaterina's earlier career included positions at BTO, EY, Autogrill, Renaissance Capital, Standard & Poor's, CEFIR, and Kazkommetsbank, with varied responsibilities in project management, risk analysis, financial research, and operational tasks. Yekaterina holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Università Bocconi and has certifications in Regulatory Reporting from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, in addition to Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance from both the University of London and the Higher School of Economics.
