Akshay Pravin.K has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Theirfirst position was as a Process Analyst/Data Analyst at Legrand India PVT Ltd, where they used quantitative analysis of SCM analysis on ERP system, and was able to streamline processes using PERT & CPM. In 2017, they moved to National Steel & Agro Industries Ltd, where they used predictive analysis, design algorithms to track & detect anomalies in multiple sensor data for predicting product failures, and was able to reduce short-term product failure by 100% and long-term by 70%. In 2019, they worked as a Business Process Analyst at Mittal Appliances Limited, where they coordinated a team of 4 working professionals, and established a new KPI & Compliances to identified critical issues, gaps, and needs for an established process center. That same year, they also worked as a Deep Learning Intern at the Art of Living International Center, Bangalore, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and using ML and deep learning libraries. In 2021, they moved to DeepSight AI Labs Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer. Theircurrent position is as an AI Software Engineer at AlphaICs Corporation, where they are responsible for Model Performance Evaluation, using Quantization tool.

Akshay Pravin.K completed their High School education in 2003-2004 from Balniketain HSC with a PCM field of study. Akshay then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering(75% hons) at IIST from 2004 to 2008. In 2011-2013, they obtained a Master's Degree in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
