Dariusz Nawojczyk began their career in 2006 as Editor-In-Chief and Media Manager at home.pl. In 2010, they joined Microsoft as a Marketing Vendor, and then moved to Arche Publishing as CEO and Owner. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at Brand Gravity, Oktawave sp. z o.o., and StartupLab.pl. In 2019, they began working at Salesbook as a Member of the Management Board, Chief Marketing & Sales Support Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Marketing Communications Consultant. Dariusz Nawojczyk obtained their Master of Arts degree from the University of Wroclaw in 2004, with a field of study in filology, linguistics, and philosophy.
