Leonie Steiner began their work experience in 2013 as an intern at Fleetway Travel, where they worked as a Praktikant from February to July. In the same year, they also worked as a Werkstudent at FlixBus. In 2015, they joined AlphaPet Ventures GmbH as a Customer Care Manager, a role they held until January 2020. At the same time, they also worked at ePetWorld GmbH as a Customer Care Manager from May 2015 to January 2020. In January 2020, they were promoted to Customer Care Lead at AlphaPet Ventures GmbH.
From 2011 to 2015, Leonie Steiner attended Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, Tourismus und Reisedienste.
