Tilen Kocbek

Tilen Kocbek has been working in the software engineering field since 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Software Developer at Comtrade Gaming, where they used Java, Spring Boot, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, and Tomcat to develop a monitoring system for casino machines. In 2019, they began working as a Software Engineer at GenePlanet, where they developed solutions and worked with microservices written in C#, wrote services that used Microsoft Orleans framework, and ran on Azure cloud. In 2021, they started their own business, Tilen Kocbek s.p., where they worked as a Software Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at AlphaPoint.

Tilen Kocbek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maribor, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Srednja poklicna in tehniška šola Murska Sobota from 2010 to 2014, studying Computer Science. Tilen also holds a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft, obtained in January 2023.
