Aaron Key is currently an Account Director at AlphaSense, where they focus on driving customer success strategies. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Agent Experience Manager at Compass and had experience in customer support roles with the Chicago Cubs, where they excelled in client services and event execution. They began their career as an Account Executive at Yelp, building a sales pipeline and mentoring new representatives. Aaron is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Concordia University Chicago, where they are a Cum Laude student.
