Matt Papa

Matt Papa is a Sales Development Representative at AlphaSense, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Matt served as a Talent Partner at Tropic from April 2022 to October 2023 and as a Talent Sourcer at OpenWeb from September 2021 to April 2022. Matt's recruitment experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from August 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities involved full cycle recruiting for Finance and Accounting professionals in the start-up sector utilizing cold-calling, cold-emailing, and LinkedIn messaging strategies. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, attended Quinnipiac University in 2015-2016, and graduated from Holmdel High School in June 2015.
