Adriane Bianchin

Adriane Bianchin serves as the Head of Platform Operations at AlphaSights, where Adriane (Drika) has held various leadership roles since July 2015, including Vice President positions focused on Platform Operations and Consulting Accounts. As a member of the Europe Leadership Team, Adriane has played a key role in strategy development, new product initiatives, and process improvements, managing P&L and commercial targets while providing career support to direct reports. Prior to this, Adriane was a Manager and Associate in the global Client Service Team, responsible for client account management, team leadership, and growth strategies. Adriane earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Richmond, where involvement as a NCAA Division I soccer athlete and captain showcased leadership and academic excellence. Early experiences include internships in marketing and sales, volunteering, and serving in various student leadership roles.
