Dennis Chu

Dennis Chu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate finance. Currently, Dennis serves as a member of the Investment Committee at The Ford Family Foundation and is involved with GLG, AlphaSights, and several other advisory roles. Previously, Dennis was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates LLC, where significant contributions included establishing a West Coast hedge fund advisory practice and managing hedge fund portfolios exceeding $6 billion for over 40 clients. Early career positions included roles at Paulson & Co., Salomon Smith Barney, BZW, and others, where Dennis gained expertise in merger arbitrage, corporate finance, and venture capital. Education includes a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Stanford University, along with early formative training at Stuyvesant High School.
