Rija Riaz

Rija Riaz is an experienced Application Support Engineer at AlphaSights since June 2022, specializing in troubleshooting and debugging proprietary software issues while collaborating with the Engineering team to enhance support workflows. Previously, Rija worked as a Grader/Reader at Baskin Engineering, providing detailed feedback on case studies for over 110 undergraduate students in Management of Technology courses and coordinating with academic staff on student performance reports. Additionally, Rija served as an Ophthalmic Technician at Santa Cruz Optometric Center, where responsibilities included patient history review and navigating confidential medical databases. Rija holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology & Information Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Baskin Engineering at UCSC.
