Paul Molta is a seasoned professional in energy solutions, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at AlphaStruxure, where the focus is on distributed energy infrastructure and Energy as a Service initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Project Development Engineer at Ameresco, where Paul specialized in energy storage and micro-grids, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment, where Paul quantified renewable thermal technologies' impact on greenhouse gas reduction. Additional engagements encompass research fellowships and internships, including an analysis of emissions reduction technologies at the Environmental Defense Fund and energy policy research at the Philadelphia Energy Authority. Paul holds a Master’s Degree from Yale University and dual degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester.
