Patrick Bakker

Patrick Bakker is a seasoned software architect and engineer with significant experience in the software development field. Currently serving as a Software Architect at Alphatron Marine since June 2022, Patrick previously held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands B.V. and Fugro, where contributions included work on advanced projects such as E-CATS and GAIA Insight. With a history of project leadership and architecture design at companies like Alten Nederland and Ivory Lake, Patrick has developed core systems and improved software development processes across various domains, including military simulations and reservoir simulation tools for Shell. Patrick obtained an HBO degree in ICT from De Haagse Hogeschool in 2003.
