Guilherme P. currently serves as Diretor Financeiro (CFO) at SKY Brasil, focusing on M&A, corporate finance, controlling, treasury, debt management, investor relations, and strategic financial planning within the telecom and entertainment sectors. Since December 2013, Guilherme has also been a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance and Investor Relations Director at Alphaville, where responsibilities include overseeing IPOs and managing finance, treasury, backoffice operations, and debt management. Previously, Guilherme held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Cyrela, managing a portfolio worth R$ 12.5 billion (US$ 7 billion), and served as Superintendent of Credit Portfolio Management at Banco Itaú, overseeing SME credit portfolios.
