Christian Bowsher

Christian Bowsher has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Christian currently holds a position as the VP Finance at Alphawave Semi, where they previously worked as the Interim CFO and Senior Director of Finance. Prior to that, Christian was the Head of Finance at Anglian Water Services, where they played a key role in the finance transformation project. Before that, they held various finance positions at Arm, including Senior Director of Finance M&A Integration, Group Financial Controller, Financial Controller, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Management Accountant, and Credit Controller/Management Accountant. In these roles, Christian spearheaded finance integration efforts during acquisitions and joint ventures, led global finance teams, and ensured rigorous financial reporting.

Christian Bowsher obtained a BSc degree in Mathematics for Finance & Management from the University of Portsmouth in the years 1991-1995. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the Chartered Global Management Accountant from CIMA in 2001 and the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management in 2018. Christian has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Accounting Foundations, Financial Modeling Foundations, Leading with Values, Strategic Thinking, and many others in the year 2022.
