Mohit Gupta

Mohit Gupta has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Mohit currently holds the role of SVP & GM, Custom Silicon and IP at Alphawave Semi starting from September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SiFive as Sr VP and GM, OpenFive Business Unit from January 2021 to August 2022. Mohit also held various leadership positions at SiFive, including Sr Vice President & General Manager, IP BU from July 2020 to December 2020 and Vice President & General Manager, IP Business Unit from October 2019 to July 2020. Before SiFive, Mohit worked at Rambus as Sr. Director, Product Marketing, Memory and Interfaces from January 2016 to October 2018 and at Open-Silicon, Inc. as Director, ASIC IP from June 2010 to January 2015. Mohit also has experience in Infineon Technologies as a Team Lead and Senior Design and Application Engineer, and at STMicroelectronics as a Project Engineer.

Mohit Gupta has an Executive MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Mohit also holds an MS (Hons.) degree in Microlectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Mohit completed their B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Prior to these higher education degrees, they attended DAV Public School Ambala City for their primary and secondary education.
