Kristin Hettich

Kristin Hettich is a consultant at Alphawood Foundation, managing an archaeology portfolio of 16 projects with a budget of $750,000 to $800,000 since February 2022. Previously, Kristin served as the Director of Community Development at Rotary Charities of Traverse City, overseeing grant portfolios and capacity-building initiatives. Kristin's extensive experience at Alphawood Foundation Chicago includes serving as Program Officer and Grants Management Assistant, focusing on proposal evaluation and partnership stewardship across various issue areas. Additional roles include intern positions with the Chicago Park District and Peace Corps Honduras, and significant contributions with Golden Apple Foundation in program management and development. Kristin holds a BA in International Studies from American University, an M.S. in Forest Ecology from Michigan Technological University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Executive Education Mini-MBA Program at Loyola University Chicago.
