Roman Khrushch

Roman Khrushch has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Their most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer at Alphemy Capital SA. Prior to that, they worked at Philip Morris International, where they held various positions such as Global Reduced Risk Products Deployment PMO, Managing Director Levant, General Manager Albania and Kosovo, Director Corporate Affairs Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Director Business Development and Planning EEMA Region, and Director Special Projects. Before joining Philip Morris International, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Concern Khlibprom and also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at both Concern Khlibprom and Agropromproduct. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Galnaftogaz.

Roman Khrushch obtained an MBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Finance from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, Roman also obtained a certification as an Offshore Power Yacht Skipper from the International Sailing School Association (ISSA) in May 2018. Roman also holds the ACCA IFRS certification from ACCA.
