Caroline Dewe

Caroline Dewe has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and innovation industry. Caroline has worked as the CEO of Alphero since 2018. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder and Director of Alphero Limited from 2010, where they specialized in strategic innovation consultancy for financial institutions and start-ups. Before Alphero, Caroline served as the CEO of Fronde Anywhere from 2007 to 2010, leading the company's market development program and expansion into Europe and Southeast Asia. Caroline also held the position of Director of Product Strategy & Marketing at Fronde Anywhere, driving international market launch and sales initiatives in North America and UK/Europe. Caroline Dewe's earlier experiences include roles such as Director of Transaction Services at Synergy International Ltd and Principal Consultant at Ericsson Synergy, where they focused on mobile commerce, payments, and banking. Caroline began their career at Ericsson as a Project Manager and Business Consultant.

Caroline Dewe received their LLB degree in Law from the University of Canterbury, where they studied from 1989 to 2003. In 2006, they attended Victoria University of Wellington and obtained an MLIS degree.
